Description

This is a 20cm Mix & Zap Yappy Woofday dog birthday cake kit by Wagalot. This birthday cake is easy to make and cooks in just 6 minutes. It is carob flavoured with vanilla yoghurt for icing. Decorate the cake with sprinkles and a candle, which also comes inside the pack.

How to Make

What you need

Mix & Zap Yappy Woofday Cake Kit, 1 cup of water and 4 tablespoons (80ml) of coconut or vegetable oil. (Coconut oil is best).

Prepare

Combine cake mix with water and oil in a large bowl or the bowl of your mixing machine. Pour into the cake pan provided.

Cook

Zap in the microwave at 100% for 6 minutes or bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes. Test with a skewer. Allow to cool. Remove from pan once cooled.

Decorate

Melt buds on the lowest setting in microwave for approximately 8 minutes. Stir until smooth and spread over the cake. Insert the candle before the yoghurt sets. Melt the carob buds on the lowest setting for approximately 5 minutes. Pour into the piping bag, snip off the end and get creative with writing on your cake.
